No End of Holiday Cleaning
It is expected in France, that when you rent a self catering property, or gîte, not only do you have to pay extra for firewood, electricity, gas, and linen if it is provided, but at the end of your stay you have to carry out a full clean of the property before you leave. We don't expect you to do this, and we employ a team of cleaners to prepare the house for the next guests.
We do however, ask that you leave your property clean and tidy. We provide vacuum cleaners, and cleaning materials, and ask that you clean up any spillages, and do the washing up, there are dishwashers in each kitchen. If you do happen to spill something on carpets and furnishings, we ask that you tell us so that we can treat any problems right away before permanent damage and staining occurs. |
